    Guy DiGiacomo had nothing but attitude when he was asked why the new homeowners policy did not have the same coverage as the existing policy we had. He was extremely defensive, nasty to us when asking. He treated us as he said "I hear this all the time that you don't mind till a claim comes up and you are not covered", like we did it on purpose. He was to give the same coverage as Our Allstate policy. We asked for the lowest price possible. He never told us that he removed coverage from the new policy. Guy had me removed from his office cause I called him an ***hole for the way he was treating us. I would never recommend dealing with him for 2 reasons: He was not clear that the new policy did NOT have the same coverage and then tried to tell us that we were trying to scam him. Second, he was the most arrogant business owner I have ever dealt with. At one point, I asked a question and he looked right at me and said "I was taking to him, not you". I have never been treated that way my entire life.
